Contact skype customer service2/25/2023 I pointed out that as Skype had agreed to a refund and not provided one, technically it has now acted fraudulently, and as we were over an hour into the "chat" I wanted to speak to his supervisor and get this resolved. I pointed out that as I had had so much trouble in the past, and as Skype had agreed to a refund last year - but not done it, I now wanted a refund. More than an hour later, I had been told that a refund should have been processed on my account in August last year, but hadn't been. Next day, I tried again, and after about 20 minutes resorted to the chat facility. So far in this tale, I had wasted about 40 minutes and achieved nothing. So, I looked for an email to get this sorted (30 seconds to write an email maybe?), and couldn't find one, so I tried the chat service, which was busy. The instructions for this didn't work, and so I looked for a refund, and the instructions for that didn't work. The other day, I received an email saying I needed to reactivate my Skype credits.
